Phil is an illustrator/animator, born and raised in the swamps of New Jersey. He was mentored by Karl Gnass at the Animation Guild in Burbank, CA, and studied animation at Laguna College of Art and Design. He has previously worked for Bill Plympton and IdeaRocket Animation and has worked on animated videos for a wide range of clients including Ted Ed, ESPN, Kimberly-Clark, and Elle King.
In his free time, he can be found at figure drawing sessions throughout NYC and Brooklyn, walking his grumpy beagle Kirby, or being disappointed by his favorite hockey team, the New York Rangers.
